"I ordered this product in October 2024 on a whim, and kind of forgot about it until I received notification of a second order. I immediately tried to reach out to let them know I never received the first order, and definitely did not expect to be charged for a second. I tried customer service, Instagram, as well as through Shopify and the BBB, and have never received a response. Somehow I backtracked through the original order and was able to cancel the next order. Angry and frustrated after my numerous attempts and follow up emails, I chalked it up to me being an idiot that fell for a scam. Then lo and behold, 3 MONTHS later, I get shipping notification for 2 orders. I emailed again saying no-way do I want these products, and to cancel and give me my money back that I asked for months ago. Of course, no response. And now you want a review? Who runs this company, are these even real people? Even in 2025 I’m appalled at this."
